Just two days left before the October Poetry Festival on October 28 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Cosponsored by Germanna Community College and the North Central and Northwest Regions of the Poetry Society of Virginia, the event is open to all students members, and the general public at any location. Virginia Poet Laureate, Luisa A. Igloria, begins the event with a workshop at 5:30 p.m. followed by a reading of her own poetry.
